A logo identifies your business. A brand identity gives that logo a consistent setting: colour, type, imagery and design decisions that work together. The scope should reflect where your customers actually encounter you, rather than a long list of assets you will never use.
Initial concepts are typically ready within 14–18 working days after the required payment and confirmed start date. The full timeline depends on scope and feedback. Unlimited reasonable revisions apply within the agreed brief; substantial changes or extra deliverables are discussed before additional work begins.

Do I need a complete rebrand?
Not always. We can retain what people already recognise and refine the parts that are holding the identity back. Discovery helps establish whether a refresh or a new direction is appropriate.
Can you apply the identity to packaging and merchandise?
Yes. The proposal can include selected packaging, print, signage, apparel and digital applications. Each item and any production requirements are agreed before work starts.
Do I need to be based in Whanganui?
